How to Submit Christmas Mortgage Miracle Sponsorship Information

Once a sponsorship is sold for The Christmas Mortgage Miracle Sweepstakes, please follow these steps:

1. Go to service.salemsurround.com.

2. Select Salem Service Request.

3. Complete the request with the following information:

   • Advertiser Name: Sponsor/advertiser name

   • Requestor Name: Sales Professional submitting the request

   • Request Type: O&O Campaign Support

   • Wide Orbit/Counterpoint Number: Enter the applicable order number

   • Request Subject: The Christmas Mortgage Miracle Sweepstakes Sponsorship

   • Market: Select your market. If the sponsorship includes multiple markets, select your home market and list the additional markets in the Description.

   • Description: Include:

     • Sponsor social media links

     • Mobile app name(s), if applicable

     • Up to two questions to include in the mini-survey

   • Attachments: Upload:

     • Sales order

     • Sponsor logo

Don't Wait for All Sponsor Information

Ideally, the sales order and complete sponsor information should be submitted together.

However, if you have the order but are still waiting for sponsor information, please submit the order immediately. Once the remaining sponsor information is available, submit a second Service Request with those details.

Submitting the order as soon as possible helps Production anticipate upcoming sponsorships and plan the work efficiently.

Important Dates

The audience engagement campaign begins November 1.

Sponsorship sales will be accepted through 5:00 PM PT on Friday, November 13.

Sponsors receive the greatest benefit when they participate from the beginning of the campaign. Pricing will not be reduced for sponsorships sold after the campaign has started.
